“ My parcel is ‘lost’ because UPS couldn’t explain the unexplainable charges on the customs invoice. 4 Months later I’m now passing this to my bank as a dispute because the shipping service was not received and my items are effectively stolen. Never again will I use Parcel Compare. ”

Despite saying we wanted to package and keen to pay customs the package was returned to me- at my expense for the return. Not yet sure how much or when I’ll get it back :( Terrible customer service too- if you want to complain you need to write a letter! ”
