I was just charged £6 for nothing, as I had to update my order and there is no option anywhere to call I selected to cancel immediately after booking. They still haven't refunded me, but state I am to be charged for cancellation. I have now ordered via Transglobalexpress who call with courtesy and have ensured my order and payment ks secure while this website is holding my money for nothing. I will be requesting a charge back from my bank, as at no point was I warned there is a cancellation fee at the point of sale.
