I paid , ask to come at 18th november, they arrive , knok the door , I open the door, the man just jump into the van and run away . I rebook for the next day , they didnt come and send me another e-mail to rebook again . The link to rebook doesn’t work . There is no phone number to call . The support doesn’t care! I will wait untill tomorrow. If they don’t come to pick up the parcel , I want my money Back !
