Do not use this company. I paid for a delivery and put in specific dimensions and weight.
They outsource and told me that UPS had audited my parcel and wanted to charge me an additional £125. The original fee was only £30.
Luckily I hadn’t unpacked the item and was able to take photos and weigh the parcel.
Complete fraudsters, stay well clear and use a direct reputable company.
