Appalling customer service. No phone number. Lack of reply to emails. Charged me £48 retrospectively for something which is incorrect.
Although their price was £2 cheaper than ParcelForce direct it has cost me hours and hours with a still unresolved case.
I would recommend to NEVER use them.
