Be aware- they retain your payment details long after the contract is completed!
Shocking customer service!
I had a parcel delivered to Australia back in Nov. A couple of weeks after delivery was complete, they came up with an 'excess weight' payment. The disturbing thing was they said if I didn't pay within 7 days the cost would be taken from the retained payment card. I paid this straight away on 1st Dec. I wrote and asked them why they had retained my payment details as the contract was complete. I have had 10 days of not addressing my question and no word that they will remove my payment details. They repeatedly state I have an outstanding delivery- which I do not! I've asked to make a formal complaint; requested Data Handling Policy and Complaints Policy---- nothing back from them on this request- just standard, sorry this has caused inconvenience'. Still unresolved 10 days later. Would never use this company again!
