Will never touch these guys again! They took £12 out of my bank account but provided no booking number or paperwork, so I couldn't send my parcel. Customer service was abysmal and obstructive. I finally said, OK on Monday I will review you online and take further action: and behold, they refunded my £12 on Monday. Meanwhile, I sent my parcel cheaper direct through Hermes. Ugh.
