DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Abysmal customer service. Parcel went to wrong address and even after communication multiple times with a customer service person it still went into cyberspace and eventually after 55 emails and paying another £17 was returned. Cost in total £34 for it to be returned to me. It was also damaged. I have never ever in my 67 years come across a more useless company manned by brain dead customer services personnel.
