Paid over £50 postage fee for parcel with tracking. Parcel lost /stolen within 1 day whilst in possession of carriers, tracking useless. Then instructed to make a claim and supply receipt for contents. This I did and faced many email responses stating my receipt was not valid? This I proved was incorrect and also supplied photographs of parcel, labels and serial numbers. After 1 month was told I would be refunded however 3 months later still no refund. After sending a Written Complaint by Recorded Delivery to the PO Box 658 Brentford TW8 1BS address and stating that I would be pursuing the matter by Civil Court action received a written apology and refund. This Company has communication problems both internal and external. It does not appear to have a properly structured/monitored customer service department as is evidenced by the number of reviews/complaints made online. I can only advise unhappy clients to be persistent and not give in to the time wasting responses/methods used by some personnel. Many reviews state that there is No Contact telephone number, this is correct, however if you keep emailing someone will respond eventually. In the end send a letter to the Company as already mentioned or to the Managing Director or Directors details of which are readily available on the internet including their registered personal addresses. This may give them the incentive to improve their service and prove they are a respectable Company.....good luck.
