Hello to everyone,
I had super bad experience with this company. The lost my parcel, it was a very big box with christmas presents and from the 10 of December.... finally they confirmed me that they lost it (well someone stolen it). Until now I'm still waiting the compensation and the money that I spent to use this horrible company.
