Absolutely dreadful company in every way- shocking service
I never received any labels after payment so could not send parcel
The immediate warning sign that something is wrong is there is no phone number
All correspondence by email
Specific questions ignored
No way of getting a refund as there is a £10 charge for cancellation
Also final comment in email - in bold - there is nothing else they can do
