Sent a parcel with them via UPS. Updated saying it had been damaged and discarded at senders request. I had never spoken with them, and when I have contacted to get info, they avoid all questions and refuse to answer. Took 6 weeks of constant emails and chasing to get the standard " you are not eligible for compensation". Tushar Sharma is in escalations and they are thieves and scammers. Reported to trading standards
