Do not use this company, use a direct delivery firm or Royal Mail
They will charge you a surcharge stating the measurements you provided were wrong, however they cannot provide proof of this themselves. You can only appeal by sending photographic proof of your measurements which no one would have.
Total scam.
Have reported to trading standards as this ‘company’ should not be able to trade.
