WARNING DO NOT USE. Like many other reviewers on here I have been caught unaware by Parcel Compares mis-selling scam. Obtained a quote online for £48.30. Parcel collected and delivered then few days later receive invoice for further £57.53 claiming dimensions were wrong so further payment due taking total amount to £105.83!! Parcel compare provide no evidence and instead try and put the burden of proof on the customer to prove the dimensions of the parcel by taking photos of the actual parcel. This is impossible as its been sent. I even had the recipient of the parcel confirm its dimensions but Parcel Compare advised that isnt evidence they accept. I have reported them to Trading Standards too.
