Very poor customer service a parcel was damaged in transit the company accepting the parcel said it had been well packed
Parcelcompare declined the insurance claim £70 wasted returning a £200 item
These people are fine until something goes wrong then look out they deny all responsibility and defer to the t&c that are completely unrealistic
