Parcel delivered late and damaged badly via UPS. Parcelcompare claim it was not packed properly (it was, it was palleted) and UPS dropped the pallet and smashed it.
Claim refused. Appeal refused. UPS have said appeal is an option, but parcel compare are refusing. Absolutely awful, company to deal with, please beware.
