Tried to charge me for an overweight parcel stating that UPS had " audited" my parcel, and it was 10kg, not the 2kg I had said it was. Now I know my eyesight is going, but I think I might have known the difference. Obviously I checked with UPS by signing up and funnily enough they delivered a 2kg parcel. Absolute scammers. My invoice was cancelled funnily enough after a few rude emails to them. I was actually enjoying the exchange. Avoid them like the plague
