Avoid at all costs. I booked in a delivery, then had to change the date of collection from my house. I had confirmation of this change and yet, the courier failed to turn up after me waiting in all day (having got up at 01:30 to drive 300 miles to ensure I was in). I drove the package myself after the failure, costing me another 5 hours driving and more on fuel. When I tried to get a refund, they charged me for cancelling the service i.e. the one that never happened. I still haven’t got my money back…Amateurs.
