Having read some of the reviews on this sight, I have to report that Parcelcompare have tried the same overweight/oversize scam on us. UPS were the carrier and the tracking information revealed no mention of an audit. We were able to provide photographs of the package and the weight but Parcelcompare refuse to accept it as proof. I’m reporting this to Trading Standard as fraudulent trading. I would strongly recommend anyone not to use this company and to take the time to report them if you find yourself in a similar position
