Having destroyed a parcel sent to the USA - insured for £900, they are refusing to accept any liability whatsoever. Someone had literally used this parcel as a football. It had also been tampered with en route. To then blame the customer saying it hasn't been packaged appropriately, despite having sent 15 photos of the packaging and the damage, is appalling. Never EVER use this company to send anything of value. I am now going through the Postal Redress Service and will be starting a legal claim against them for breach of contract and compensation. Save yourself the pain, the expense and the time - use ANY other company than this one
