AVOID AVOID AVOID
This is a scam operation. I paid £101 to return a shower door and took out the insurance to cover any possible damage. The shower door company received the door in an unsellable condition so I claimed via the insurance. This was their response:
"Thank you for your email and the images.
Please accept my sincere apology for your damaged parcel delivery.
It is with regret that I have to inform you as per our terms and conditions of carriage, we are unable to consider claims where the goods have been moved to another location, which means that we are unable to process your claim for you on this occasion."
"Moved to another location?" - YOU'RE A COURIER COMPANY - YOU MOVE THINGS FROM ONE LOCATION TO ANOTHER
