Like so many others here DO NOT USE.
I too am being chased for the oversize and overweight package scam. My 38kg package was 79kgs at their audit. The package was 30cms bigger. The cost increasing from £36 to £125 surcharge. The onus on me to provide photographic proof of weight and dimensions.
Lewis Enfield is in fact a bot which is why all the correspondence is generic and does not answer my questions. I called my bank and have put a stop on Parcelcompare taking any more money from my account. I suggest you do the same.
