I have a current collection and delivery booked in with Parcelcompare (with parcel force). It was supposed to be collected yesterday and they failed to do so, so re booked it for today and they haven’t collected it again!!!!
They told me to wait until 6pm and if not collected then to contact them, but they all seem to log off at 6pm so I get no reply!!!
Totally shocking company who I will never use again.
To top it off there is no phone number to call and if you want to complain it has to be done in writing!!!!! No email… shocking
