They reported me that the item was damaged on transit, they never delivered the damaged item nor any reports or pictures of the damage. I wrote to they three time they never come back to me, that is why I am taking them to moneyclaim.gov.uk to make a claim, then I will take them to court also I will report this to trading standard.
I would never use them again and i will advice you to stay away from this company,
they do not have any contact number, you can only email them, any they only reply when they want to.
