Do not trust this company. I sent 4 boxes to Italy and upon arrival, half the clothes had been stolen. The ones that were left had been folded and the packages were re-taped with a different tape to what I used. The company was so useless at investigating anything. There was no compensation. Additionally, even thought I paid the amount to send the boxes, my family had to pay £226 just so that the company could GIVE them the boxes which were already paid for prior.
This whole company is a scam and are out to steal valuables.
