I don't usually do reviews but this company is a total scam. My husband lost his wallet while on holiday in Mexico, and the hotel found it but after we had left. I booked a collection via ParcelCompare to get the wallet picked up and delivered to me. I was provided a DHL tracking number and all looked well, until the day of collection came and went and nothing on the tracking had changed. The hotel confirmed the parcel had not been collected. It is impossible to get hold of anyone on the website, the only thing I could find was a link to rebook. 3 times I rebooked and nothing! I decided to cancel the booking and they wanted to charge £6! There was no direction on how or where to complain.
I found the "contact us" section and typed in my issue, and pressed send. A convenient pop up window come up sating "confirm your request" but with no button on it! So a very convenient IT glitch (yeah sure) prevented me from sending them any message. So I have no way of contacting them, no way to complain, and no way to get my money back with paying £6. So all in all a very easy £6 they will have made by doing absolutely nothing. That is of course assuming that I will actually get the remainder of my £60 back and they don't charge my card as others have described. AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
