Chris Mathews needs to be sacked!!
My parcel was picked up over 2 weeks an ago. Scheduled for delivery over a week ago. It is still with them. I asked for a return and a refund, they say it will take several weeks to authorise a return! Can you believe? I asked to make a complaint and my emails are being ignored by Chris Mathews!
