I paid £200.00 to return 1 of 5 boxes which was a piece of gym equipment to be sent back. All marked correctly, each photographed and even photos of them in the van. I have taken finance out of £1300 for this equipment hence why I paid £200 for the cover for it. They have lost parcel number 4 and have told me I can only claim for the 1 parcel . I tried to explain that if one part was missing the whole machine was of no good. Customer Service is terrible, please do not use this company. You can't even call them as I eventually tracked a number and it said mail box full (wonder why!) 2 months on and still no further foward, lost all my money
