Horrific company. Lost my parcel and refused to look into it's location, telling me it was past the 30 day period allotted to start complaints or investigations. My international parcel was due to arrive 24 days after pick up, so in fact they were only allowing 6 days for me to lodge a complaint. Like many others here, I have been totally ripped off by these scammers. Avoid at all costs.
