I would have loved to rate this very unreliable company zero stars. This is the worst and most unreliable company in the world. Posted a parcel via express delivery on the 5th of April to Nigeria from the UK for my mum's 70th birthday celebration on the 14th and the parcel is still in transit. I am absolutely livid at the moment. First of all, they sent me to the wrong shop to drop of my item and made me go to a different place. Their customer service is atrocious, with a particular agent, H Wilson sending me the same responses from a template. Avoid this bizarre company at all cost unless you want to be disappointed.
