Avoid at all costs. Returned an item I bought from eBay worth 90.00 and weighed approx 6kg and once they picked up item and sent it received an invoice of £541.00. Even though I provided all the proof still they charged me this stupid amount I didn’t calculate the ‘volumetric weight’
