SCAM COMPANY! TOOK more than GBP540 without my personal consent after 12 days of items got delivered! PLUS the initial booking fee of GBP240ish. In total, they've scammed for more almost GBP800 for sending just 3 parcels! Unbelievable! I'm suing them! They will charge your card again without notifying you for tripple the price and told you that your weight and sizes were wrong and you had to pay or provide proofs of UNOPENED packages after 12 days of receiving them or BEFORE you pack. They will never get back to you! DO NOT USE PARCEL COMPARE. From a true customer. Happy to show any proofs with UPS UK and Taiwan office.
