Then you are forced to contact parecelcompare.com, and this company has no phone number and only email contact. When you ask for the status of a parcel, they will take 7–10 days to get back to you. Because they don't have any direct connection with the actual courier company, they do not have any access to real-time information. But if your parcel is not important, you can use it. NEVER USE THEM FOR ANY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS. But be aware that customer service is the worst, as I have explained above.
