SCAM!!! If I could select zero stars, it would be more accurate! disgusting service! DO NOT USE! I used them to return a toilet cistern. The item was returned damaged, in pieces! And to top it off, they charged my card extra without warning! saying it was heavier than they thought. Even though it was returned in the same box with the weight stamped on it! mystery! Absolute SCAM!
