Terrible rip off merchants. No phone customer service. Obvious why. I Had an EU return which cost £48 to send. Got returned to me due to failure to deliver to customer, who was not contacted, and they charged me £150! Straight out of bank account. Other third party couriers return for free. The week previous I was charged twice for parcels which were classed oversized. Utter nonesense. I measure and weigh accurately. No chance of disputing, they get your money through your card.
Do not use them. You have been warned! If I could give zero stars I would.
