A carefully weighed consignment, properly packaged. I was quoted £50.55 via UPS, and once delivered, a further payment lo £54.42 taken from my account before I was notified! Allegedly the consignment was over 20kg heavier than I had stated. If that was the case I would not have been able to carry the thing out to the collection truck. Nothing I can do, apparently! Absolutely no help from Parcelcompare. I suggest the reader of this feedback look elsewhere.
