We booked a return delivery via UPS through Parcel Compare. I’m a qualified tradesman and accurately measured my parcels. Paid £165 for it to be delivered 160 miles. A week later we get an invoice for £2206 !!!!! for surcharges saying we were oversized. Total fabrication. I even have photos , evidence from the company I bought from. Their packages are always the same size and they send hundreds of these packages out daily. My measurements said 126 cm, Parcel Compare have said they were 294cm !! Totally impossible. They are now threatening to take us to court unless we pay. Absolute bullying at the highest level. Please do not use this company EVER, you will seriously regret it.
