I used this company to send documents to Canada. When making the booking it generated label and declared that as it was documents no further customs paperwork would be needed. I tried to drop it to a drop off location for courier and they couldn’t accept because it apparently needed 3 copies of commercial invoices which I did not have obviously. I then arranged collection instead and item was collected then I received an email from courier to say missing invoice causing delay. Parcel Compare were useless in helping. Would never use them again and don’t advise anyone to. Better to do direct with the courier company.
