Where to start? We were charged what we thought was a fair price for shipping a piece of furniture. Item was picked up and taken to shipping facility. Weight was within 2 kg of described weight. 2 days later, the item was delivered back to us, and Parcelcompare unilaterally took £120.00 out of our account for "Large Parcel Surcharge". so we essentially paid over £180.00 to have a package picked up, weighed and returned to us!!! No amount of correspondence can get the Parcecompare agent to understand the issue. They continually get us to try and dispute the weight which in my view would give them an out to refunding our charges. We will never use these scammers ever again. Wish I could give less than 1 star!!!
