Like others on here, gave measurements / weight as supplied by manufacturer. Given quote of £31. Via UPS. Over a week after delivery, bank sent me notice Parcelcompare were taking another £68 on behalf of UPs. The invoice, explaining why, didn’t arrive until 2 hours later, by which time they had taken the payment, which said the charge was for ‘oversize’. Trying to open an online dispute is a nightmare. The courier has cost me more than the item. Will never use these again as it seems common practice to ‘after-charge’ anything they can.
