Just got an email from them saying I didn't get the parcel weighed correctly. But I checked the size and weight of the parcel many times before I sent it. The parcel was sent in April. That's 2 months ago! They charged me the extra payment (£23.14) using my original payment method without my consent!! Looks like they can take whatever amount they like from your bank. They are deeply dishonest. Stay away from this company!!
