You have taken my money and not provided any part of the service promised. I cannot send the parcel I paid for as you have refused to send a label. You have committed a corporate criminal offense and unfortunately parcel compare will pay heavily for this. I feel sorry for your employees who will no longer have a job soon and you will not care. I contacted by email and chat. There is no phone number. You have not got back to me with anything near to helping with me. Absolute downright thieves.
