This company is a scam. Avoid. Go straight to the courier company. Parcelcompare will lure you into thinking that you are paying your chosen courier for a service but they will keep your money, not provide the service. I had to wait a whole day for no one to come and pick up my parcels and they will then offer you to either repeat the experience or cancel your order with a CHARGE. THis is the scam.
