I booked a parcel from UK to USA. At the end of the payment, it returned to the main site and indicated it was processing the paperwork which it did for several hours before it cut off. They took £66 from my credit card and are prevaricating on repayment saying they have no record of anything. But they have my money. At least I still had my parcel which I sent by UPS and it arrived 2 days later. Parcelcompare are untrustworthy.
