My parcel was lost and contained expensive spectacles .
They were unable to advise where the parcel went to inspite of tracking
It was agreed that I be compensated .
I sent receipts .
No compensation received
This has been ongoing since 7th March and been very stressful
This company does not deliver and does not meet standards promised .
Not a reputable firm.
