Puts the onus on the customer to find out the Regulations on exports to another country ( I’m sure that’s what customers expect a parcel company to know) then charge more to get the an undelivered parcel back, then ask for more money for an account error!
Worse company I’ve ever used
Roughy £250 for a parcel to go Australia and back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY AND BEWARE OF VERY SIMILAR WEBSITES THAT TRADE WITH A DIFFERENT NAME BUT ARE PARCEL COMPARE!
