Don’t use this company. They are thieves. I sent 3 large parcel and only 2 were delivered. I insured the parcel and only was compensate 1/3 of that. It doesn’t cover even one item in my box. They don’t follow their complain procedure properly. They are not fully aware of what their procedure is. Incompetent company. To this date, I have no idea where my box is. No explanation.
I am going to make a small claim and report to the ombudsman. And already contacted the media so they can be shamed.
