I am a small business owner, and when I saw the relatively cheap shipping rates on ParcelCompare, I quickly placed an order. However, I was utterly disappointed. My parcel was never collected from the manufacturer, leaving many of my customers waiting. This is detrimental to any business. Please avoid this company. As you can see from the pictures below, they cannot even pick up the phone or contact the carriers they claim to work with. Don't bother with ParcelCompare.
