Avoid this company like the plague Avoid this company like the plague. I'm still trying to work out if they are fraudulent or just incompetent, but either way don't learn the hard way like I did. My item was destroyed in transit and despite my having packaged the item securely and paying for additional insurance they have refused to pay. They also added an additional 'surcharge' a week after delivery for reasons unknown. I have blocked them with my bank, but the money taken is unrecoverable unfortunately. Just an awful experience from a company that needs to be out of business quickly.
