Useless. Their couriers treat your parcel like rubbish even when properly packaged and covered in fragile stickers on each side.
Also, when you insure your package, they put so many items on the "exclusion" list which is cleverly designed to make you think its the obvious ones like batteries, explosives or chemicals, that they then don't need to pay out.
Won't be using or recommending them again.
